Acceptable Use
These rules keep the service safe and legal. They apply to everything you upload, link to or do on givenchy.baby.
Effective: [Effective date]
The short version
- Anything sexualising a minor means immediate removal, a permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
- Intimate images shared without consent are removed urgently.
- Anyone can report content, with or without an account.
- If we act on your content, we tell you why and how to challenge the decision.
This summary is here to help you. The full text below is what applies.
How we protect your data
- Encrypted storage
- Images, usernames and email addresses are encrypted whenever they are stored. Passwords are kept only as salted hashes, so nobody can read them, including our founder and developers.
- No routine staff access
- Our founder, developers and staff don’t browse your images or account details. Access happens only when needed to act on a report of illegal content, comply with a legal order or fix a security problem, and each access is logged. Anyone with an image’s link can view it, and usernames are shown publicly.
- IP addresses, only to protect the service
- We hold your IP address and approximate location, worked out from that IP address, to protect our systems from flooding and similar attacks. They are erased as soon as you log out or your visit ends, meaning [30 minutes] without activity. We keep them longer only if they are linked to an attack, a report of illegal content or a legal order.

01What isn’t allowed
You must not upload, share or use the Service for:
- Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises or endangers minors, including drawn or AI-generated content
- Intimate images without consent, including “revenge porn” and sexual deepfakes of real people
- Terrorist or violent extremist content, or content that promotes or glorifies it
- Threats, incitement to violence, or illegal hate speech
- Harassment, stalking, or publishing someone’s private details
- Content that encourages suicide or self-harm, or extreme violence shared to shock
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, fake documents, or the sale of illegal goods
- Malware, including files hidden in images, or anything that attacks or overloads systems
- Getting around limits, bans or security, scraping at harmful rates, or using the Service only as free bandwidth for another site
- Anything else that is illegal where you are or where we are
02Adult content
Don’t upload pornographic content. We can’t reliably keep it away from minors, and people often can’t verify the consent and age of those shown. We may remove sexually explicit content whether or not it is legal.
03How to report content
Email abuse@givenchy.baby. Anyone can report, and you don’t need an account. So that we can act quickly, include:
- The exact link or links to the content
- Why you believe it is illegal or breaks our rules
- Your name and email address (not needed for reports of child sexual abuse material)
- A statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete
We’ll confirm receipt, decide promptly, carefully and objectively, and tell you the outcome and how to challenge it. For copyright, use the copyright process. Reporting in bad faith again and again can lead us to stop processing your reports.
04Child safety
We remove child sexual abuse material as soon as we know about it, ban those responsible and report to the relevant authorities and organisations as the law requires. We preserve evidence only as the law allows.
Please don’t copy, screenshot or send us the material itself. Send only the link. You can also report to your national hotline, which you can find through INHOPE, or in the US to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
05Intimate images shared without consent
If an intimate image of you, real or AI-generated, was posted without your consent, email abuse@givenchy.baby with “Intimate image” in the subject, the link, and a brief statement that it shows you and that you didn’t consent. Someone authorised can also report on your behalf. We aim to remove it as fast as possible, and in any case within 48 hours of a valid request, along with known identical copies on the Service.
06Immediate danger and the authorities
If someone’s life or safety is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Where we suspect a crime threatening someone’s life or safety, we inform the authorities.
Authorities, and for EU matters the Commission, Member States and the European Board for Digital Services, can reach our single point of contact in English at authorities@givenchy.baby. We act on valid removal orders within the legal deadline, including within one hour for EU orders concerning terrorist content.
07What we can do
Depending on how serious it is, whether it has happened before and the context, we may remove or restrict content, issue a warning, limit features, or suspend or close your account. We suspend users who frequently upload manifestly illegal content, after a warning, and those who frequently send manifestly unfounded reports.
You’ll get our reasons and can challenge the decision, as explained in the Terms of Service, unless the law or an authority prevents us from telling you.
08Who decides
Moderation decisions are made by [Legal name of company or person]. We publish any transparency information that the law requires of a service of our size.
